Privacy Policy

MSxpo ("MSxpo", "we", "us") operates a virtual expo platform at demo.msxpo.sa and related services that let visitors discover events, meet exhibitors and book meetings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide, such as name, email address, company and role.
• Event activity, such as registrations, booth visits, chats, calls and meeting bookings.
• Technical data, such as device, browser and log information used to run and secure the service.
• Google account data, only if you choose to connect Google Calendar (described below).

Google user data

Exhibitors and event staff may connect their Google Calendar to MSxpo. When you do, we request the following Google API scopes, and only for the purposes listed:

• calendar.readonly: to read your calendar list and free/busy times so that visitors are only offered time slots when you are available.
• calendar.events: to create the meeting as an event on your calendar when a visitor books with you, and to update or delete that event if the meeting is rescheduled or cancelled.
• userinfo.email: to identify which Google account you connected.

We access only the calendar of the user who connected it, and we use Google data solely to provide and improve scheduling features that are visible to you in MSxpo. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not allow humans to read it, except with your consent, to investigate abuse or to comply with law.

MSxpo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To provide the platform: accounts, event registration, booths, chat, calls and scheduling.
• To send service messages such as meeting confirmations and reminders.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To share event-related details with organizers and exhibitors you choose to interact with.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the event organizers and exhibitors you interact with, with service providers that process data on our behalf (such as hosting, email delivery and video infrastructure), and where required by law.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Calendar connection tokens are encrypted at rest. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from MSxpo, or revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by contacting us.
