These terms govern your use of the MSxpo virtual expo platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

MSxpo lets visitors discover events, meet exhibitors and book meetings, and lets organizers and exhibitors run virtual events and booths. Features may change over time.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not harass other users or use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Connected services

If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, you authorize MSxpo to access it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect it at any time.

Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant MSxpo a limited license to host and display it to operate the service. The MSxpo platform, name and branding belong to MSXPO Inc.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MSxpo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using MSxpo at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
